Would you like to combine healthcare expertise, management, and project leadership?

At Acture A/S, we are looking for a dedicated and organized Project Manager for Treatment and Ergonomics who is interested in combining operational responsibility for healthcare services with a key role as the immediate supervisor of our consultants, including physical therapists, instructors, and healthcare consultants.

About Acture

Acture A/S is one of Denmark’s leading providers of health and occupational safety services. We work with both private and public sector workplaces to improve well-being and health—based on scientific evidence, credibility, and proven results.

Our headquarters are located in Holte, where you will become part of a young, dynamic, and ambitious team of project managers, business analysts, and company leadership.

About the role

As Project Manager for Health and Ergonomics, you will have overall responsibility for the planning, operation, and further development of health and ergonomics initiatives for our clients. You will also play a key role as the immediate supervisor of the consultants who deliver these services on the ground.

You will serve as the link between clients, consultants, and the internal healthcare team, ensuring that quality, well-being, and business go hand in hand.

Your primary responsibilities

  • Serve as the immediate supervisor for affiliated consultants (including providing guidance, follow-up, support for well-being, and professional development)
  • Plan, manage, and develop health and ergonomics programs for clients
  • Hold client meetings and be responsible for ongoing communication and reporting
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and training new consultants in collaboration with the immediate supervisor
  • Quality assurance of services through supervision and professional follow-up
  • Coordination of events, initiatives, and deliverables
  • Contribute to the optimization and development of Acture’s treatment and ergonomic products

We imagine that you

  • Is a licensed physical therapist
  • Has an interest in—and preferably experience with—personnel management or coordinating consultants
  • Thrives in a role that involves frequent interaction with others and is able to build trust and establish structure
  • Works independently, follows up on tasks, and takes responsibility for ensuring that they are completed satisfactorily
  • Has an analytical mind and a knack for numbers, follow-up, and Excel
  • I am a people person and am motivated by helping both people and the business grow

Experience in project management is a plus, but not a requirement—we provide thorough training.

We offer

  • A permanent position in a multifaceted role with professional and managerial responsibilities
  • A dedicated and interdisciplinary work environment characterized by a high level of professionalism and a strong sense of community
  • Opportunity to shape and develop a key business area
  • Salary and pension based on the internal pay structure
  • Full-time position (37 hours per week)

Practical Information

Start date: as soon as possible or by agreement.
