Acture has hired Karima van Zadelhoff as CXO to integrate its international services.
Karima van Zadelhoff will assume the role of Chief Experience Officer (CXO) effective July 1. In this new role, she will be responsible for connecting, accelerating, and further expanding the company’s international activities in the areas of well-being, absence management, and insurance. Van Zadelhoff’s appointment follows Acture’s evolution from a Dutch company to an international organization with operations in three countries.
With this new CXO role, Acture aims to further increase the value we deliver to our customers and to better leverage the knowledge and experience available across our various countries. This appointment aligns with our ambition to double the size of our organization by 2029. Van Zadelhoff brings more than 25 years of experience from the business services sector and has previously held various management and board positions, including at the consulting firm Team EIFFEL. As part of the management team there, she played a key role in the organization’s growth and development—both through organic growth and through acquisitions and integrations.
