Health Group helped a Danish billion-dollar company boost employee well-being, improve team spirit, and reduce absenteeism due to illness.
Steen Gaarde and the team at Computersalg decided to contact Health Group after noticing a high rate of absenteeism due to illness at the workplace, caused in part by pain in the back, neck, and shoulders.
At Health Group, we currently offer a wellness program consisting of ergonomic exercise sessions 2–3 times a week. The sessions take place at the Computersalg warehouse and have become such a success that not only warehouse staff but all employees at the company are welcome to participate in the sessions at 8:00 a.m.
The exercises are performed using resistance bands and exercise mats, which strengthen the back, neck, and shoulders. This helps ensure that employees stay healthy and fit.
