These can be identified in consultation with the health professional. Based on the physiological measurements and the consultation, the employee gains insight into their own health status, including cholesterol, blood sugar, and blood pressure levels. Additionally, the employee has the opportunity to receive tools that can improve their lifestyle, not just in the short term, but also in the long term.

The company ultimately receives an anonymized report on overall workplace health, which allows them to propose improvements to enhance health, as well as any suggestions from employees that could improve health, increase well-being, and reduce absenteeism due to illness. It is therefore important for the company to give its employees the opportunity to have a health profile created during the workday, as this can provide a sense of security for the individual and make them feel valued. This creates greater job satisfaction within the company, thereby increasing productivity.
