“A very productive preparation session. Always level-headed, balanced, and constructively critical—sober-minded, with a broad perspective, insightful input, and effective facilitation of the process. I can’t think of anything that could be improved.”

  • Heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing when handling cargo, luggage, and assistive devices
  • Vibrations, work involving prolonged sitting in one position, and strain on the back, neck, and shoulders
  • Falls, collisions, and entrapment accidents involving vehicles, ramps, and terminals
  • Time pressures from route schedules, traffic, delivery windows, and customer requirements
  • Working alone, conflicts, and unclear coordination between drivers, dispatchers, and management

The APV provides you with a systematic tool for identifying risks, involving employees, and translating their input into a prioritized action plan. It supports the Occupational Health and Safety Organization (AMO) in its ongoing occupational health and safety efforts and can give you a better foundation for aligning with the Danish Working Environment Authority’s focus on concrete actions.

A workplace assessment (APV) is not just a legal requirement, but an important tool for gaining insight into employee well-being and the work environment. However, the process can also seem overwhelming if you have to handle the planning, data collection, analysis, and follow-up on your own. With Acture, you gain an experienced partner who will guide you safely through the entire process. We ensure that the workplace assessment complies with applicable requirements—and help translate it into concrete actions that create value for your organization.
01

Introductory meeting

We begin with an introductory meeting, during which we tailor the questionnaire to your types of operations, employee groups, terminal activities, and current challenges. We involve management and the AMO and focus on areas such as ergonomics, safety, working hours, collaboration, and perceived time pressure.

02

Data collection

You receive direct links, and your employees respond 100% anonymously via cell phone, tablet, or computer. We make data collection convenient for drivers on the go, shift workers, and employees at multiple locations, so they can share honest experiences about both stress and well-being.

03

Report and presentation

We’ll present the report to you, compare it with our industry-specific benchmark, and develop your action plan. You’ll receive prioritized initiatives, clearly defined responsibilities, and a basis for follow-up, and we can subsequently assist with ergonomic consulting, workshops, and relevant health initiatives.

As Head of Analytics at Health Group, my primary responsibilities—in addition to ensuring that my colleagues are thriving and able to work together—include analyzing the results of employee surveys (workplace assessments and employee satisfaction surveys) for our clients, as well as advising clients’ management and occupational health and safety teams on the next steps.
